What’s Happening at North York Diwali Fest 2025?

This year, the Diwali Fest is bigger than ever! From Bollywood dance to a Ms. Radiance Showcase, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Here’s a taste of what to expect:

Bollywood Night (Friday, October 4)
Kick off the weekend with an exciting Bollywood dance lesson, followed by an open dance floor where you can groove to global hits and Bollywood classics. The energy is contagious, and trust us—you won’t want to miss this!
Community Engagement & Radiance Showcase (Saturday, October 5)
Saturday’s packed with interactive sessions, from a fun Zumba class to artsy kids’ crafts. In the evening, get ready for the Radiance Showcase, where women from all walks of life will showcase their creativity and talents in a celebration of empowerment.
Cultural Finale & Musical Ramayana (Sunday, October 6)
End the weekend with a peaceful yoga workshop, followed by more kids’ crafts and a second chance to join the photography workshops. The grand finale will feature a musical performance of the Ramayana and a lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing unity and light in our community.

Kids’ Zone: Diya painting, candle making, paper crafts, and so much more for the little ones. It’s a creative space that’ll keep the kids busy while you enjoy the rest of the festival.
Food Pavilion: From street snacks to rich curries, our Flavors of India food court has everything you need to satisfy your cravings, no matter what you’re in the mood for.
Marketplace: Shop unique, artisan goods, traditional clothing, jewelry, and gifts. Plus, support local businesses and pick up something special while you’re at it.
Live Performances: Enjoy everything from traditional dance to modern music that blends the old with the new. You’ll find the stage buzzing with diverse acts throughout the festival.
