ALIEN STAGE Pop-Up Experience Arrives at Square One Shopping Centre
Square One Shopping Centre is hosting the ALIEN STAGE Anakt Arts High School Pop-Up, presented by Mr. Surprise. The experience brings the animated music series into a physical retail setting in Mississauga.
The activation runs from June 27 to July 12, 2026. During this period, fans can explore exclusive merchandise and themed installations inspired by the ALIEN STAGE universe.
Located inside Square One Shopping Centre, the pop-up targets anime fans, collectors, and pop culture audiences across the GTA. In addition, it introduces limited-edition releases not previously available in Canada.
Exclusive Merchandise and Interactive Displays
Visitors can browse a range of ALIEN STAGE merchandise. Many of these items are exclusive to the Canadian pop-up.
In addition, themed installations will highlight characters and visuals from the series. These spaces also include interactive elements designed for fan engagement.

As a result, the pop-up creates a mix of retail and experience-based storytelling. It reflects how digital fandoms are moving into real-world spaces.

Special Creator Signing Event
A major highlight of the activation takes place on July 6 and July 7, when ALIEN STAGE creators Vivinos and Qmeng will appear for a scheduled autograph signing session.
The sessions run from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day, offering fans a rare opportunity to meet the creative team behind the series.

Due to expected demand, access to signing sessions may be managed on-site based on capacity.
Square One Expands Experiential Programming
Square One continues to expand its focus on experience-driven retail. It regularly introduces pop-ups and cultural activations throughout the year.
According to Rosie Dela Rosa, Marketing Manager at Square One Shopping Centre, the goal is to connect communities through shared interests. She explains that the ALIEN STAGE pop-up supports this direction by bringing fans together in one space.
