Evelyn Chick Unveils ECP Hospitality to Reimagine the Event Experience
Hospitality entrepreneur and award-winning operator Evelyn Chick is introducing ECP Hospitality, a new creative, strategy, and production company focused on the way people experience events.
The venture unites culinary, beverage, talent, production, and creative expertise under one direction.
The name stands for Exceptional, Considered, and Personal. These are three ideas that shape how the company approaches brand activations, corporate experiences, and bespoke events.
ECP Hospitality connects clients with a trusted collective of chefs, bartenders, makers, producers, venues, brands, and creative partners.
The goal is to bring the right expertise into a project and make each part of the guest journey work together.

More Than Catering or Production
ECP Hospitality is not positioned as a traditional caterer, staffing agency, or event production company. It can step into a project at different stages depending on what the client needs. Here’s what to know about the upcoming launch:
- Founder: Evelyn Chick
- Company: ECP Hospitality
- Focus: Hospitality-led creative, strategy, and production
- Core Approach: Exceptional, Considered, and Personal
- Projects: Brand activations, corporate experiences, and bespoke events
- Physical Debut: House of ECP
- Date: September 9, 2026 (Wednesday)
- Website: evelynchickprojects.com
- Instagram: @evelynchickprojects
Chick says the goal is to think about the entire guest journey instead of focusing only on what is being served.
“At its best, hospitality is the heartbeat of an experience,” says Chick. “It is not just what someone eats or drinks. It is how they are welcomed, how a room moves, what they discover, who they interact with and how every detail makes them feel.”
Experience Behind the New Brand
Although ECP Hospitality is a new company, the work supporting its launch is not new.
The team’s background includes large-scale brand activations, culinary collaborations, bespoke beverage programs, festivals, corporate events, cocktail experiences, and highly customized hospitality moments.
ECP has worked with major beverage partners, consumer brands, experiential agencies, and event production agencies. This experience gives the company an understanding of both sides of an event—the creative ambition behind an idea and the operational work required to make it successful.
For clients, that can mean developing a custom food and cocktail experience around a product launch. An agency could also engage ECP to manage hospitality for a 500-person activation, while a corporate client could rely on the team to oversee guest touchpoints throughout an event.
With ECP Hospitality, Evelyn Chick is bringing existing hospitality expertise under one focused platform. The medium may change from a cocktail to a chef, room, service ritual, collaboration, or full brand activation. The focus stays the same: considering how people experience every part of the moment.
