Salsa on St. Clair 2025: Toronto’s Biggest Latin Street Festival Returns July 5–6

· · · ·

Get ready to move your feet—Salsa on St. Clair is back and bringing the heat to Toronto’s streets this July 5 and 6, 2025. Known as Canada’s biggest Latin street festival, this high-energy weekend transforms a stretch of St. Clair Avenue West (between Winona Dr. and Christie St.) into a lively celebration of music, movement, and Latin culture.

Unlike most festivals where you just watch the action, Salsa on St. Clair invites you to dance right in the middle of it. From noon until sundown, the streets fill with music, community energy, and the irresistible rhythms of salsa, merengue, cumbia, and more.

What Makes Salsa on St. Clair So Unique?

This free, family-friendly event is the crown jewel of the Salsa in Toronto Festival, founded by TLN Media Group and produced by the Canadian Salsa Festivals Project. Each year, it draws hundreds of thousands of visitors from all over Canada and beyond, creating an electric mix of live performances, food stalls, dance shows, and street parties on multiple stages.

Festival Highlights You’ll Want to Catch

Non-Stop Street Dancing
This is not a sit-down event. Expect live DJs, open dance areas, and public lessons where you can follow along—whether you’re a pro or just learning.
