A Contemporary Focus for a Milestone Year

Rather than presenting a historical overview, Don’t Look Back focuses on current artistic practice. The exhibition highlights how artists respond to the present moment and how creative work continues to evolve within changing cultural conditions.

The title references the 1967 documentary Don’t Look Back, a work often associated with artistic transition and shifting perspectives. That idea informs the exhibition’s approach: looking at how the present shapes the future of artistic expression.
