Yorkville Murals 2025: Toronto’s Outdoor Art Playground Returns August 23–24

· · · · · · ·

Toronto’s most stylish art event is back. Yorkville Murals Festival 2025 returns for its sixth edition from August 23 to 24, once again turning Yorkville Avenue into a dynamic open-air gallery packed with murals, installations, live performances, and bold creative energy.

With the continuing theme of “No Empty Spaces,” this year’s festival invites visitors to see the city’s architecture, streets, and alleys as blank canvases full of potential.

Where Culture, Fashion, and Murals Meet

Presented by Taglialatella Galleries and INK Entertainment, and supported by the Bloor-Yorkville BIA, the event celebrates Toronto’s art-forward legacy with a modern edge. Stretching from Bellair Street to Hazelton Avenue, the entire Yorkville strip will pulse with activity—from public art to pop-up fashion and rooftop DJ sets.

One of this year’s biggest highlights is a massive 26,000 sq ft mural atop the Cumberland Parkade. That’s not a typo. It’s one of the largest rooftop artworks the city has ever seen.

What to Expect at Yorkville Murals 2025
