Who Is Eligible?
You may be eligible for compensation if:
- You purchased tickets for a Canadian event (excluding Quebec) through Ticketmaster’s website or mobile app between January 1, 2018, and June 30, 2018.
- You are not an employee.
How Much Could You Receive?
Eligible users can receive an electronic gift card worth up to $45. The exact amount will depend on how many people submit claims.

- The credit does not expire.
- It is transferable but non-refundable.
- It can be used only once for a single transaction.
After deducting $1.72 million in legal fees and $25,000 for the representative plaintiff, approximately $4.3 million remains to be distributed among eligible users.

You do not need to take any immediate action. Ticketmaster will notify eligible customers via email once the claims process begins. The email will include instructions on how to claim and redeem your electronic gift card.

What Happens to Any Unclaimed Funds?
If funds remain after distribution, Ticketmaster and the plaintiff will allocate the remaining money to pre-approved organizations, subject to court approval.
