#BollywoodMonster Mashup Returns with 40+ Food Vendors, Free Family Activities and Live Entertainment
The three-day festival takes over Mississauga Celebration Square from July 24 to 26 with South Asian food, concerts, cricket, kids programming and more.
MISSISSAUGA, ON — Come hungry. #BollywoodMonster Mashup is returning to Mississauga Celebration Square from July 24 to 26, 2026. Bringing together food, music, family activities and cultural programming for its first-ever three-day festival.
This year’s event features more than 40 food and marketplace vendors. Offering everything from South Asian street food and regional specialties to desserts, drinks and fusion dishes. Visitors can explore flavours from across India while discovering local businesses, shopping vendors and community activations throughout the weekend.
Food Leads the Lineup
The #BollywoodMonster Food Festival remains the centrepiece of the event, with vendors serving dishes such as idli and sambar, channa bhatura, pav bhaji, butter chicken momos, kulfi and mango lassis.
New this year are the #BollywoodMonster Food Contests. Here, guests can compete in idli and momo eating challenges for prizes, courtesy of Sunlite Foods and Momo2Go.
Whether visitors are looking for a quick snack, a full meal or something new to try, the festival offers one of the largest South Asian food lineups in the GTA.
Activities for All Ages
The festival’s daytime programming is built with families in mind.
The Tim Hortons #BollywoodMonster KidZone will feature free inflatables, face painting, crafts, games and a wading pool, while the Family Stage will host magic shows, bubble performances and interactive entertainment throughout the weekend.
Visitors can also take part in:
- Cricket activities hosted by Ontario Cricket Academy (Saturday and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.)
- A soccer activation from General Mills
- A live SuperDogs performance on Sunday at noon
Free Concerts and Cultural Programming
As the day continues, the festival shifts into an evening lineup of live music and performances.
Highlights include an R.D. Burman Tribute Show featuring Jolly Mukherjee and Priyanka Mitra, as well as a free concert by Neeraj Shridhar, the voice behind popular Bollywood hits including Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
The weekend concludes with a free outdoor screening of the iconic film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge on Sunday afternoon.
