Breakfast With Santa Brings a Buffet And Photos

Breakfast with Santa runs Saturdays and Sundays from November 28 through December 20, between 9 a.m. and noon. Adult admission costs $50.

The event pairs a deluxe breakfast buffet of sweet and savoury dishes with a chance to take a photo with Santa. Families can sit down for a meal before the photo portion of their visit.

Chelsea also lists free meals for children five and under. Children ages six to 12 receive half-price meals, subject to a main-course purchase condition on the hotel website.

OpenTable says breakfast guests need a credit card to hold their reservation. The listing states that diners pay at the restaurant rather than in advance.

Cookie Decorating Starts November 21

Cookie Decorating with Santa begins one week earlier, on November 21. It runs every Saturday and Sunday through December 20, from 2 to 5 p.m.

Admission costs $30 per person. Participants can decorate cookies with icing, sprinkles and other seasonal toppings, then take a selfie with Santa.

The afternoon sessions are separate from the breakfast event. OpenTable currently lists cookie decorating as prepaid, so review the payment terms before completing a reservation.

Pet Photos With Santa Get Their Own Weekend

Pet Photos with Santa takes place on Saturday, November 21, and Sunday, November 22. Both mornings run from 9 a.m. to noon.

The hotel lists $45 admission, which includes a Santa photo and a seasonal treat for the pet. Unlike the family activities, this programme only runs for one weekend.

Anyone bringing more than one animal should follow the reservation instructions carefully. OpenTable asks guests to book based on the number of pets attending.

Christmas Dinner Includes Three Main-Course Choices

The Elm Tavern will also serve Christmas dinner on December 24 and 25. The hotel lists reserved seating from noon to midnight, with adult admission priced at $50.

The holiday meal offers a choice of prime rib, herb-marinated turkey or vegetarian Wellington. Chelsea says the main courses come with traditional trimmings.

The hotel advertises the same child-meal discounts for Christmas dining: free meals for ages five and under, plus half-price meals for ages six to 12. The listed main-course purchase condition applies.

Guests can choose the date that works for their group, then check the reservation details for the final menu and applicable charges.

The Hotel Is Also Hosting Private Holiday Parties

Chelsea is offering its event spaces for workplace celebrations and private gatherings. The property lists more than 31,000 square feet of flexible space, with capacity for groups of three to 450.

Organisers can ask about catering menus, group rates and event packages. The hotel has not published a fixed price for these private bookings.

Private-event enquiries go through Chelsea’s events team.

Booking Details To Know Before You Go

The activities have different reservation arrangements. OpenTable lists pet photos and cookie decorating as prepaid, while the breakfast listing says guests pay at the restaurant.

Check the final confirmation for your date, guest count and price. Families using the children’s meal offers should also review the hotel’s purchase conditions.

All four public activities take place at The Elm Tavern, 22 Elm Street in downtown Toronto. Check the hotel’s schedule and booking links before heading over.
