Hamilton police have arrested a 32-year-old Niagara Falls man and charged him with first-degree murder in connection with a deadly incident that took place back in April. Notably, the victim, 21-year-old Harsimrat Randhawa, had been waiting at a bus stop near Upper James Street and South Bend Road when she was tragically caught in the crossfire during a shootout between two groups.

According to investigators, Randhawa was an international student from India attending Mohawk College.
