Quesada Rolls Out Crispy Rollitos Across Canada’s Quick Service Restaurant Sector
Quesada has added a new twist to the burrito with Rollitos, a crispy version that is rolled instead of wrapped.
Now available as of August 25, 2026 at participating locations across Canada, the new menu item gives customers a crunchy option that is made for dipping, sharing, or enjoying on its own.
The launch follows the success of Quesada’s El Grande Qrunch, which arrived in April and focused on a crispy texture. With Rollitos, the Canadian Mexican fast-food brand is taking that idea in a smaller, snack-friendly direction.

A Burrito With a Crunchy Twist
Rollitos are made with a crispy outer layer and come filled with either ground beef or spicy chicken. Unlike a traditional burrito, the filling is rolled inside a compact shell, giving customers a different way to enjoy familiar Mexican-inspired flavours.
Each order comes with a choice of dip. Customers can order one Rollito or choose a pack of two or three, making the item suitable for a quick bite or something to share.

Rollitos pricing includes:
- One Rollito: $6.99
- Two Rollitos: $12.99
- Three Rollitos: $18.99
- A choice of dip is included with every order
- Meal upgrades include chips and salsa or dessert, plus a bottled beverage
Built Around the Dipping Experience
Quesada Brand Leader Chris Cann shares that the new menu item is about more than simply adding crunch to a burrito.
“Rollitos aren’t just a snack, they’re an experience,” says Cann. “The snap, steam, and crunch are part of the ritual, along with choosing your favourite dip. We’re excited to see how Canadians enjoy it.”

The combination of a crispy shell, warm filling, and dipping sauce is at the centre of the new offering. It also gives customers more flexibility in how they order and eat their burritos.
A Follow-Up to El Grande Qrunch
The launch of Rollitos comes after Quesada introduced El Grande Qrunch in April. That menu item helped build interest around crunchy burrito options, and the latest addition continues that focus while offering a different format.
Cann says the smaller size makes Rollitos easy to enjoy alone or with a group.
“These crispy burritos were made to enjoy on your own or share with others,” he adds. “We’re always looking for new ways to delight our customers with great flavours and fun experiences that let them hear their inner mariachi music with every bite.”
