The Welcome Market brings Toronto’s largest Asian-owned market back to Mel Lastman Square this May. Organizers expand the highly anticipated event into a massive two-day weekend celebration for Asian Heritage Month. You can expect incredible food, exclusive drinks, and vibrant local art.

What To Expect At North York’s Biggest May Pop-Up
Over 95 local Asian-owned businesses take over the square to sell handmade goods, vintage clothing, and mouth-watering street food. You can shop for unique finds while supporting independent creators from across the GTA.
Prepare your weekend itinerary with these exciting festival highlights:
- Exclusive Beer Garden: Sapporo Canada hosts a brand-new outdoor lounge pouring Sapporo Premium Beer and their newly released Vodka Lemon Sour.
- Sweet Treats: Local dessert heavyweights Rurubaked and SUKOSHI drop a special collaborative ice cream flavour just for this weekend.
- Live Entertainment: Watch energetic K-POP dance crews like SeaGalz and local musicians including Alice Li and Elyssa Plaza light up the main stage.
