Paris Texas Adds New Summer Menu to King West Lineup
Paris Texas is adding a new food lineup to its King West venue with the launch of a 15-item summer menu on July 1.
The Toronto country bar and restaurant, operated by Municipal Goods and Liberty Entertainment Group, will expand its kitchen program with Texas-style smokehouse plates, Ontario beef, sandwiches, salads, sliders, burgers, and bar snacks.
Culinary Director Afrim Pristine and Chef de Cuisine Jayson Zambrano developed the menu together. With this launch, Paris Texas gives guests more reasons to visit for dinner before the late-night crowd arrives.

A Bigger Dining Push on King West

Paris Texas has built its name around country music, sports-night traffic, and nightlife on King Street West.

Now, the venue is putting more focus on food. The new menu adds full dinner options, shareable plates, and lighter summer dishes. As a result, guests can use the space in different ways.
Some may stop in for snacks and drinks. Others may order smoked meat plates with a group. Meanwhile, dinner guests can make the meal the main part of the night.
Smokehouse Plates, Steaks, and Bar Snacks

The summer menu blends Texas-style flavours with Canadian ingredients and in-house preparation.
New items include:

+ 24-Hour Smoked Brisket Sandwich - Tomahawk Steak Dinner with 40-day dry-aged Ontario Prime beef
- Don’t Mess with Texas Toast
- Santa Fe Shishito Peppers
- Lonestar Poutine
- Texan Glizzy
- Rio Grande Avocado Baguette Bites
- Alamo Pulled Chicken Club Sliders
- Gunslinger Pulled Pork Sliders

- Cowboy Cut Beef Ribs
The Tomahawk Steak Dinner stands out as one of the main additions. The kitchen uses Ontario Prime beef and dry-ages it for 40 days.
Across the menu, the team also uses house-smoked meats, in-house baked breads, imported barrel-aged Greek feta, and Texas-style smoking methods.
Built for Dinner and Late-Night Service

The new menu supports the full Paris Texas schedule.
Some dishes work as full dinner plates, including the tomahawk steak and beef ribs. In addition, sliders, toast, shishito peppers, poutine, and avocado baguette bites give groups more shareable options.
According to the culinary team, the goal was to keep the food connected to the Paris Texas brand while giving the restaurant side more depth.
Pristine led the menu direction with Zambrano, ownership, and the kitchen team. Together, they spent several months testing dishes and adjusting flavours before selecting the final 15 items.
A Menu That Expands the Venue’s Role

Paris Texas is often associated with country music, sports, and nightlife. However, the July 1 launch gives the venue a stronger dinner focus.
The summer menu creates more room for guests who want a full meal before staying for drinks, music, or late-night programming.
It also gives the kitchen a larger role in the venue’s overall identity, moving Paris Texas further into the restaurant conversation on King West.
