Pickle lovers, this one’s for you. Jimmy John’s Canada is bringing “BIG DILL ENERGY” to its fall menu with five new Picklewich sandwiches, swapping the usual bread for a giant dill pickle.
Launching October 5, 2026, the limited-time lineup takes familiar sandwich fillings and gives them a crunchy, tangy new home. Each pickle is sliced and filled with meats, cheese and vegetables—or a veggie-forward combination—for a breadless take on the sandwich chain’s menu.
“The bread is gone, but the dill is great,” says Angelo Ragas, Brand Leader at Foodtastic, the company behind Jimmy John’s in Canada.

Whether you usually order turkey, roast beef or something meat-free, there’s a Picklewich built around your preferred filling.
Turkey Picklewich
Turkey, provolone, tomato and lettuce meet the sharp crunch of a dill pickle. It’s a familiar combination with a very different exterior.
Vito Picklewich
Salami, capocollo and provolone are layered with lettuce, onion and tomato. This Italian-inspired option pairs its savoury fillings with a pickle-forward twist.
Roast Beef Picklewich
Roast beef, provolone, lettuce and tomato make up this version, with the pickle taking over bread duties.
Ham Picklewich
Ham and provolone get the same treatment, rounded out with lettuce and tomato.
Veggie Picklewich
The meat-free option combines provolone, avocado spread, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. With cucumber inside and a dill pickle outside, this one doubles down on crunch.
