Live jazz under the stars. Salsa on the beach. House music in the park. If that sounds like your kind of July, the Beaches International Jazz Festival 2025 should already be on your radar. Running July 4–27, this iconic event stretches across three weeks, three parks, and more than 30 city blocks of Queen Street East.

And best of all? It’s totally free.

What’s New and Unmissable in 2025?

This year marks the festival’s 37th edition, and organizers are turning things up with a jam-packed schedule of live music, dance parties, street festivals, and family-friendly fun. Expect genres like jazz, funk, salsa, indie, disco, blues, house, ska, and hip hop, plus emerging local acts and international stars.

Sounds of Leslieville & Riverside

Jimmie Simpson Park | July 4–6

Kick things off in Riverside with three days of swing, jazz, and indie. Bring the family and enjoy food trucks, local vendors, and free swing dance lessons.

Celebrating 10 years of house, soul, and community, this series wraps the month with Toronto’s biggest electronic and dance party under the stars.
