Lavazza Brings Italian Coffee Culture to IncluCity Festival in Toronto
The coffee brand returns to the Distillery District with Bar Sport Lavazza, Lavazza Lido, cold brew sampling, and a festival giveaway
Lavazza is bringing Italian coffee culture to Toronto this summer as the Lavazza IncluCity Festival returns to the Distillery District.
Running from June 25 to July 19, 2026, the festival will fill the historic district with outdoor film screenings, live programming, art, international guests, and social spaces. This year also marks Lavazza’s ninth year in partnership with the festival.

For 2026, Lavazza will host two on-site activations during the festival run: Bar Sport Lavazza and Lavazza Lido. Each space brings a different side of Italian social life to the event.
Bar Sport Lavazza Brings Café Bar Culture to the Festival

Bar Sport Lavazza is built as a photo-friendly stop that nods to Italy’s café bar culture.

The activation faces a foosball park, giving guests a place to pause, play, and connect before or after festival programming. Instead of serving only as a branded display, the setup adds an interactive layer to the event.
Guests can use the space for photos, casual meetups, and friendly competition. As a result, Bar Sport Lavazza adds a café-bar feel to the Distillery District setting.
Lavazza Lido Offers a Beach Club-Inspired Stop

Lavazza Lido brings a second side of Italian leisure to the festival.
The activation takes cues from Italy’s beachside club culture and gives screening ticket holders a place to slow down before the evening’s film. Guests with festival screening tickets can also sample Lavazza Cold Brew at the space.

In addition, the Lido concept gives Lavazza a direct connection to the festival’s summer schedule. It pairs coffee sampling with the pre-screening routine, making it a natural stop before the night’s programming begins.
What Guests Can Expect at IncluCity Festival

Lavazza IncluCity Festival will feature film, art, music, and cultural programming across the Distillery District.
Festival highlights include:
- Open-air film screenings from more than 20 countries
- International guests and talent appearances
- Art exhibitions and cultural programming
- Live entertainment and special events
- Community spaces and hospitality activations
- Lavazza Cold Brew sampling for screening ticket holders
- A chance to win a one-year supply of Lavazza coffee
The festival has become one of Toronto’s major summer film events. This year’s program also marks the festival’s 15th edition, adding another milestone to its return.
A Chance to Win Lavazza Coffee for a Year
During the festival run, attendees can enter for a chance to win a one-year supply of Lavazza coffee.
The giveaway gives guests another reason to visit the Lavazza spaces while attending screenings and events. It also extends the brand’s festival presence beyond one photo stop or tasting moment.
About Lavazza
Lavazza is an Italian coffee company with roots dating back to 1895. The brand is known for espresso, coffee blends, capsules, and coffee products sold in markets around the world.
Coffee, Film, and Italian Culture in Toronto
Lavazza’s 2026 IncluCity Festival presence connects coffee, cinema, and Italian social culture in two different ways. Bar Sport Lavazza brings a café-bar setting to the festival, while Lavazza Lido gives screening ticket holders a slower pre-film stop with cold brew sampling.
Together, the two activations add more ways for guests to take part in the festival beyond the screen.
