Soccer fans at BMO Field got a chance to slow down while staying close to the action on August 19, 2026.

Laylow Wines marked its Canadian arrival with a relaxed tasting experience during the Toronto FC vs. Charlotte FC match, introducing guests to its newly launched Pinot Grigio and Crisp Rosé.

The evening gave wine lovers a different way to enjoy game day. Laylow created a cozy space where guests could sit back, sip, and spend time with friends while the match brought its usual stadium energy.

A Relaxed Break From Game-Day Energy

As a proud BMO Field partner, Laylow Wines brought its laid-back style to the stadium with the Laylow Lounge. The space was designed as a break from the high-energy atmosphere of the match while still keeping fans connected to the social side of the event.

The lounge mixed sofa-style comfort with the energy of being out with friends. Warm ivory tones, plush seating, and living-room-inspired details helped create a casual setting for guests to unwind.

Fans attending the match could sample Laylow Pinot Grigio and Laylow Crisp Rosé. The experience also included exclusive giveaways, such as branded sleep masks.

“Bringing together the comfort of sofa life with the energy of social life,” the Laylow experience invited guests to slow down, sip, and savour the joys of laying low.

What Makes Laylow Different

Laylow Wines launched across Canada earlier this year with a focus on lighter wine without giving up flavour. Its two opening varieties are made for consumers looking for moderation while still wanting a traditional wine experience.

Here’s a closer look at Laylow:

  • 6.5% alcohol per glass
  • 80 calories per glass
  • 1g of sugar per serving
  • Pinot Grigio and Crisp Rosé varieties
  • Available across Canada in select provinces

Laylow Pinot Grigio offers a crisp and vibrant profile with bright citrus notes and a clean finish. The Crisp Rosé is smooth and light-bodied, with subtle fruit flavours and a balanced finish that suits easy summer sipping.

The brand positions both wines as an option between traditional wine and zero-alcohol alternatives. With lower alcohol, fewer calories, and less sugar, Laylow aims to give mindful drinkers another choice when they want to enjoy wine at a lighter level.

A New Kind of Wine Moment

The BMO Field activation reflected the idea behind the brand itself. Rather than treating wine as something reserved for formal dinners or special occasions, Laylow presented it as part of relaxed social moments.

For soccer fans, that meant having a comfortable place to pause during the match, catch up with friends, and try something new. The lounge also gave the Canadian launch a setting that matched the brand’s easygoing personality.

Laylow Wines will remain available for purchase onsite at BMO Field throughout the 2026 season. The wines are also currently sold through The Wine Shop and local liquor stores in select Canadian provinces.

Availability and pricing can vary by region, so shoppers are encouraged to contact their local liquor retailer for details.
