Canada has updated its travel advisory for the Philippines, urging travelers to exercise caution as Tropical Storm Co-May (Typhoon Emong) nears landfall on July 25, 2025. The storm is expected to intensify into a typhoon, bringing violent winds and heavy rainfall to the Ilocos region on Luzon’s northwestern coast.

Potential Impact of Typhoon Emong
