What’s New in 2025?

The festival lineup just got an upgrade. Two new sports—freestyle trampoline and roller skating—join the roster, adding extra bounce and retro flair to the weekend.

Both adults and kids can try out trampolining and roller skating with expert guidance. Plus, the Freestyle Trampoline Association will showcase wild aerial tricks you don’t want to blink and miss.

500+ competitors are flying in from around the world to battle for over $70,000 in prize money—split equally across male and female categories. These names should be on your radar:

Sophie Grant (Canada) – Canadian National Team skater and Olympic hopeful
Rony Gomes (Brazil) – X Games medalist, ranked #3 in vert skateboarding
Mazel Paris (Philippines/USA) – 11-year-old phenom who placed 7th in the 2023 Asian Games
Ema Kawakami (Japan) – At just 9, he’s already a vert skateboarding contender

The Golden Ticket winners, hand-picked from a global search, will also compete across JACKALOPE stops in Virginia Beach, Mississauga, and Montreal.
