Rush Day 2026 Is Bringing Trivia, Karaoke and Band Stories to Toronto
Rush Day 2026 is taking over Henderson Brewing Company in Toronto on Saturday, August 8. The fourth annual fan event will feature Rush trivia, karaoke, guest talks, a documentary screening, pinball, merchandise and food.
General admission is currently listed as sold out. Fans can sign up through the official event page to receive an alert if more tickets become available.

This events falls between four Toronto stops on the band’s Fifty Something tour. Rush is scheduled to perform at Scotiabank Arena on August 7, 9, 11 and 13, 2026. Tattoo Competition and Second Trivia Round
The Permanent Ink Rush Tattoo Competition begins at 3 p.m. The main event page does not list judging rules, so fans planning to enter should check with the organizers for details.
The competition is separate from the pop-up tattoo studio. Only 16 appointments were offered for the studio, and all listed time slots are currently sold out.
A second Rush trivia round starts at 3:15 p.m. Winners from the two rounds will be announced near the end of the event.
CFNY Documentary Screening and Q&A
A Rush Day edit of CFNY – The Spirit of Radio will screen at 4 p.m. The film looks at the Toronto radio station and its connection to the city’s music scene.
The Rush Day screening will include previously unreleased interview footage with Geddy Lee. The footage covers the band’s early use of synthesizers, musical influences and its link to CFNY.
A question-and-answer session begins at 4:30 p.m. Scheduled guests include David Marsden, Alan Cross, Liz Janik and Ivar Hamilton.
The event raffle starts at 5:15 p.m. Trivia winners will be announced at 5:30 p.m.
Pinball, Merchandise and Food
A Rush and Stern Pinball competition will run from August 7 to 9. Players can compete for daily high scores and enter random prize draws.
The official Fifty Something merchandise shop will also run at the brewery from August 7 to 9. It will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
Fans can expect tour merchandise, signed items, limited releases and photo displays. Rush Day ticket holders should shop earlier in the day when possible, since the store may get busier around scheduled talks and screenings.
Food vendors will be available during the event. Henderson is also offering Rush-themed drinks for guests of legal drinking age.
Separate guided tasting sessions were listed for noon, 1:30 p.m., 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Each session cost $50 and included samples of six Rush and Henderson releases.
The tasting ticket did not include Rush Day admission. All four sessions are currently listed as sold out.
Tips Before Attending Rush Day
Arrive close to opening if you want time to check the merchandise area before the first trivia round. The main schedule starts at 11 a.m. and runs with short gaps for most of the day.
Visitors should also plan their trip to Sterling Road before leaving home. Henderson Brewing Company is west of downtown Toronto and is a short walk from the Bloor GO and UP Express station.
Ticket holders attending a Rush concert during the same weekend should check both schedules carefully. Rush Day takes place between the August 7 and August 9 Toronto concerts, but the brewery and arena are in different parts of the city.
Do not bring a regular Henderson pre-order for pickup on August 8. The brewery has stated that pre-order pickup will not be available during Rush Day because staff will be working on the event.
